Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bird Collective gear as much as we love conservation, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
